Positives:
Nothing everything was uncleaned and had a horrid smell. For almost $100, I would have rather went to a truckers shower location and slept in my car put those $100 towards gas.

I didn’t like the bathroom or the carpet and the fact there wasn’t any towels or the dirty used rag on the shower rod.

The room was never cleaned as a matter of fact there was a dead cockroach in the bathroom that was sliced in half and never cleaned. The shower tub had noticeable mold and burn stains throughout. There was still a sign from the previous people that stayed in that room that was never cleaned out from a 60 year school anniversary

When I checked into my room, there was an employee hanging out in the room on the bed on his phone.
Property staff is ridiculously loude , so don't plan on sleeping in.
They bang on your door and constantly scream at each other throughout the property.

My room was Dirty I didn’t have face towels when arrived I stayed a total of six days and on day three when I asked for fresh towels and was told someone would bring them four hours later I called from my room and was told they didn’t get there delivery and that there were none available the room I had was only spot clean I could see dirt in the tub and corners of my bathroom and room

The only thing good about this place, is the location.
Having said that there's only one driveway in and out and it's not so easy to get into the property.
Negatives:
Staff was rude and dismissive when I checked in and went into my room there was a staff member there sitting on the bed just hanging out in the room.
The maids are rude and loud as can be she was cleaning the room next door to me and literally on her phone sounded like she was screaming in an argument in Spanish, so I come outside and she was just on her phone talking or yelling at someone.

The bed and pillows were comfortable. The location was excellent.

All the staff did not seem like they wanted to be there. The hotel is disgusting! In our room, there was dust in the corner of all flooring. The air conditioner looked as if it hadn't been cleaned in a year. Carpets are beyond stained. Even most of our towels and bedding had stains. When we arrived, we were missing pillows, shower curtains, cups, and who else knew what else we were missing. The outside is run down as well. The sidewalks had an excessive amount of stains, and the staircases well, I'm sure they are not to safety standards. Anyway, I will not be staying there again.
