Negatives:
Terrible check-in!!! They never have enough people working and the line is always way too long. I had loud construction noise every AM from remodeling in adjacent rooms. Disturbing!

The 3 alarms that went off at 11:30pm, 3am and 5am. The empty pool.... The 40 minute check in...

I enjoyed that the hotel was connected to two other hotels. This allowed for us to go to a nicer place easily and enjoy some decent shopping and meals.

Our shower was broken and would not drain as well. I called the staff quickly and all she said was Ill send an engineer. Well, that engineer never showed up. The room was dirty and we found cockroaches. Just a overall terrible experience.

There was a really long line to check in so I did the digital key card but it took a few minutes to work. I had to ask for the room to be cleaned, but then the next day they walked in my room like 3 times at 9am which was pretty invasive.

Room service knocked on my door and I was asleep they came in and I woke up and she was standing in my room and said she is checking if I am there it scared me I did not know who she was and told her to come back at 1100 checkout time

I was upgraded and the staff was friendly and helpful.
Negatives:
Gold elevator was far, but understandable considering massive size hotel. stayed on the 2nd floor and the elevator button did not stay lite after scanning card so it kept returning to lobby. Hand towels dirty with hair and blood, dusty between beds.
