Beds were horrible. First night didn’t sleep at all found out bed was broke, they replaced the bed with an old one that was in storage, it was dirty and stained and not comfortable at all. WS in town for softball tournament and it was hard to play because of lack of sleep and pains from sleeping on the bed. Left a day early.

Pulling into parking lot there were homeless people all over the lot. People drinking out of hard liquor bottles. My son and I felt unsafe personally and in regard to our vehicle being left in parking lot. We just left without checking in. I am shocked that Ramada would allow their property to look like this. I will never book with them again, or with booking.com as this property should NOT be on their website! They never refunded my money either.

I didn’t go in with high expectations so it was great. I knew the price I paid and read the reviews. I slept well and had zero disturbance. Sold out for a sport event in town still no noise complaints from me and I felt safe. Car was fine parked in parking lot. It’s outdated and could use better bedding but was fine.

The cleanliness, and lack of better pillow and a good blanket.
