The room was very old, the carpet was horrible. My husband and I had to go too the local Walmart to by blankets for the room. The bed was way hard, and please don't even think about going to that ratched Casino downstairs unless you smoke,. Oh I forgot, the burger my husband and I bought at the Casino was really good, and the cook was great.

They say check in is at 3 and when I went at 3 they didn’t have any rooms cleaned and ready for me when I have already paid and booked the room. Told me to come back in an hour so I went back around 4 ish and they didn’t have no clean room available. I couldn’t talk to a manager they had me wait 2 hours and still nothing. Don’t book here if you want to check in and get some rest with reasonable time.

Room was not what I expected. I have stayed in better places for cheaper and nicer. Not enough towels. Bathtub water was not draining. Toilet running constantly. No phone connections like other hotels. Chair had sticky stuff on it.

It was in really sketchy part of town with lots of loitering people outside the attached casino. Very noisy music and/or air conditioners throughout night and into morning hours. Could not sleep. Kids did not feel safe to leave room - even to eat at diner inside casino.

Did not take American Express - which is a card I used to make the reservation and therefore I should have been advised -. I would have chose a different hotel if I knew.
To charge this $28 plus for the dog which I was aware from hotel.com it would be free.

This hotel is rundown, the staff seems to hate their jobs ( no one smiles), worst location I have ever stayed in, some Uber drivers wont even go here. There is a club across the street that plays music until 6:30 am.
