Staff extremely unfriendly. I wandered why I even chose this place. Poor facilities and the floor carpets in hallways are old and stinky. Terrible place, not worth for anything. Disappointing from Hilton

Normally the location, staff and food. Someone on the 2nd floor was smoking and it filled the hallways and my room.
Negatives:
Staff did nothing to address the issue, claiming they could not find the room where the person was smoking. Disappointing. Hotel front desk said they would have the manager call me and took my number. No call back and no Suprise here.
