It needs some updating. Who uses a CD player anymore? We had one in our room on the nightstand. Some of the ceiling tiles were worse for wear, the faucet fixtures needed a modern upgrade.

I have stayed here multiple times. Staff is always friendly. All areas of hotel are extremely clean. Pool is warm.

Great location in what felt like a safe neighborhood. Convenient, free parking and easy access to Manhattan bound roadways.

Would have been nice to have complimentary breakfast but I knew that wasnt the case. TV in room was so new that staff dud not gave a channel guide for the device or a fully functioning remote. Security lock and door was broken (although flip bolt worked)

This is my go-to hotel now for when I visit New York City. I drive everywhere and this hotel is conveniently located near NJ Turnpike and GW Bridge. It is extremely easy to get into of the city and still have a nice hotel with free parking included.

Staff was first rate. Immediate response and very helpful. We chose hotel to be close to downtown

We had a long day travelling. Room was chilly, and heater worked slower than we expected. Otherwise the room was fine. Only choice beyond a simple cup of coffee was a full price breakfast buffet. Hotel has a restaurant, but no alcoholic drinks.
