Employees mixed up my paperwork with someone elses information even after taking a copy of my id and having me sign my name to it. There was no true verification completed. We got to the room and was asked to come back to the desk because it was wrong.

Vee was very helpful and kind. She’s an asset to the company. I like the modernized rooms and the overall layout. The location was great.
Negatives:
It wasn’t the cleanest place to stay. The shower head was dirty. The chair had a strange stain on it. There were brown stains on the bed. The shower itself wasn’t the cleanest. There were stains in the toilet and strands from a mop head on the seat.
