There was pubic hair on the bed black hair all over the bathroom.

Was close to the wedding we were attending. No other reason for going there. Not much else to like here.
Negatives:
Get to room. Notice earplugs next to beg. Bad sign! Room is cold as temp was set to 65 but other hotel do same. Turn up temp at thermostat. 5 minutes later heater is still blowing cold air. Called desk. They said it "takes a while". 5 minute more warm air started coming.
Use toilet. I wouldn't flush. Neither sink nor shower work. Call desk. They say they will send someone. They call back in a few minutes and say problem is that renovations in another park of hotel resulted in turn off of our water. We could wait 30-60 minutes or move!
Ask for new room. Would they apologize or compensate us for inconvenience. Clerks says no. I say that is not the right answer. Clerk goes off to talk to manager and 5 minutes later comes back with small offer.

I was disappointed that when I asked for a later checkout because I was not feeling well I was told I could only get an extra 30 minutes. Additionally, my coffee maker was not working and I needed to wait for an hour before someone came to replace it.
