The room was spacious and airy, and the weekday staff was responsive. Air conditioner was not working when I arrived on Thursday, but housekeeping called the maintenance staff, who fixed the outdoor unit right away.
Negatives:
Unfortunately there was old sticky Jolly Rancher candies stuck to the carpet, and other uneaten candies left under the couch. Carpets were not vacuumed properly and visibly dirty. The walls were really thin, and people were banging on doors and yelling and cursing in the middle of the night, frightening and waking our children. The entryway to our building smelled like pot. No cleaning service unless you stay at least 4 nights. Weekend staff were completely uninterested in fixing any issues or fulfilling guest requests - utter lack of human emotional intelligence and hospitality. Ending Sunday breakfast at 9am on a holiday weekend is also ridiculous - first hotel I've stayed in that ends weekend breakfast this early, and completely unwilling to accommodate if guest is even 1 minute late to the breakfast buffet. Was told pool would not open until the day after we were scheduled to check out, even though the other Sonesta up the road had its pool up and running.

The suite (king studio) was very large. Things were clean. Staff was efficient. Parking was easy. Water pressure was good. Bed was reasonably comfortable.
Negatives:
The sheets were a little scratchy which held the bed back from a higher recommendation. The breakfast area was boring and sterile. Breakfast not great. The buildings are all the same and it's confusing at first trying to find your room and/or find your way back to your car, which is probably right outside, but which side?
