Everything was very comfortable and looked well taken care of. The staff was super nice and welcoming.

The only reason I gave a 9 star rating instead of a 10 is because our room while clean had a few ladybugs in it when we arrived at night. However, in the morning upon waking there were at least a dozen on the ceiling and some in the bathroom. When we opened the curtain we found even more.

The location was within minutes of my family, shopping, and restaurants. I liked the internet speed and complimentary breakfast. Most importantly, the integrity of your staff. I left my credit card in the hotel room and the housekeeping staff alerted the front desk, and I was called immediately. As I was minutes from the hotel with my family, I came back immediately, showed my driver's license as proof of identification, and retrieved my card. I absolutely love that and so love your staff!!
Negatives:
Difficulty finding my reservation when I arrived, two attempts to get access to my room because key not properly programmed, and the hallway carpet did not appear clean. Note, despite the reservation and key card issues, the front desk was determined to investigate before I left that desk. At no point did I think they would not get resolution.
