After reading several reviews... I have come to my own conclusion.... And I'd give a 10 out of 10!!! Last minute booking for something to do for Spring Break with the kiddos and I made a good 1. Overall clean, great breakfast choices. We really enjoyed ourselves. Didnt get a chance to enjoy the pool amenities but next time bc I will be back. At checkin they asked could they text, and I appreciated the attention to my needs.

Slight smell in room... but they sent the housekeeping manager (I believe she said) to my room who was more than willing to accommodate for the issue.

What is did like was that there was an extra $150.00 deposit take at check in and it was returned to me but I was not informed about this extra change. Everyone should know about this before checking in. When they told me I said ok but none of my email told me about this.

There was no warm water, could not take a shower in the morning. Staff was notified, they apologized but the same happened: no warm water 2 days in a row. I was told I would get 25% off the price for the inconvenience but it never happened. Will not see me again there.
