Courteous staff at front desk and breakfast. Location. Cleanliness of room.

The chair at the desk was far too short, and I am six feet tall. The chair also appeared to be table seating from a conference hall; it was never intended to be at a desk. This made it nearly impossible to get any work done in the room. (The room temperature was also a chilly 61F when I arrived, but that's more of a frustration than anything else. The heating system kicked in quickly.)
