Negatives: Unfortunately, our stay was disappointing. We were thinking of Hilton quality. But we did not receive a service worthy of the price we paid. When we first entered the hotel, the hotel staff stated that he needed to withdraw an additional 50 dollars as a deposit. Tried three different cards. She couldn't. Finally happened. We were not aware of the deposit fee. Booking did not inform us either. We had a serious problem with the check-in period, which took quite a long time with the children sleeping on our laps at midnight. Personal products in the rooms were quite inadequate. We stayed as a family of four. Towel sets for two were available. There was only a piece of hand soap -it was definitely not suitable in terms of hygiene-. Other than that, there were no personal cleaning and care products available. Bathroom cleaning was not good enough. The products and plate sets for breakfast were quite few. Everyone had to wait the whole time. Each time five plates arrived and we had to wait quite a while. I sent a message to the hotel through which I made a reservation Booking site. In the message, I stated that I have celiac disease and that I wanted at least gluten-free bread. Although the hotel said yes, when I asked for gluten-free bread at breakfast they said there was no such option. I normally carry gluten-free bread with me wherever I go. I didn't bring it to the hotel because of the hotel's response. Unfortunately, I couldn't eat anything other than banana for breakfast. We very much regret the money we paid. My wife and I are medical doctors and travel constantly. Unfortunately, this experience we had was quite bad. We have decided that we will definitely not stay in this hotel group again.
