Positives:
The room was spacious and clean. The common areas seemed to be under construction in places and could've used some updating. The grass and trees around the building were nice.
Negatives:
I stepped outside in the morning and a man was sleeping on the grass on the other side of the driveway. He appeared to have been there for some time. The parking lot was dirty and needs to be swept.

Shabby appearance. First suite assigned to us not ready. Alternate room dirty and some repairs required to shower rail, sink stopper and towel rail. On Sunday the toilet blocked when we reported it given a plunger to solve the issue ourselves. No maintenance person on site.

Have stayed here for a night or two on 4 separate occasions in the last couple of years. The staff are pleasant, rooms are spotlessly clean, beds & linens very comfortable, & the location literally across the street from a strip mall with a sushi restaurant, deli, taproom, etc (all of which are quite good) is perfect.
Negatives:
The rooms feel depressing bc the decor is dated & the furnishings have a lot of wear & tear, but everything actually works & the cleanable surfaces are very clean. For the price I think it's worth it.
