Positives: Loved this place!! It was so close of the ferry! You get out of the hotel and there it is! 7 min to NY! The only thing is that there not a lot of restaurant close but if you want you can order in !

Positives: Nothing
Negatives: I reserved a King room, and was given a Queen. I am a BIG guy and had a hard time sleeping in it with my wife. The bath room was for a handicapped person, and the shower was so low, it was at my shoulder height. I had to hunch over to shower.

Positives: Installations were comfortable and amenities like coffee, non dairy milk and water were appreciated.
Negatives: Service was pretty poor and it was low season. I believe I won't repeat in this hotel and not sure if I will run the risk to stay any any Sheraton or Marriot. I travel a lot and I have never experienced something like this being for a week in a hotel paying the price we paid. Very dissappointing. With the check in they charged me 25% more and they did not explain me why. When I noticed that I asked and it made sense they charge a guarantee but this should be explained to the customer before you charge them. I asked for daily housekeeping service and two days in a row they did not show up. I made a claim the 1st day at night and they ensured they were going to clean the room the day after. The 2nd day nobody appeared neither. We were 2 guests and the 3rd day they provided towels only for one guest. I had to claim the 2nd towel twice until we get it 2h later. These are a few fact that made our experience somehow not as pleasant as expected. Not recommended.
