Negatives: Upon check in the staff could not figure out how to charge our tap and go card so he took the numbers down and said that they would handle it in the am. Ok fine. we were assigned a room with carpet that smelled like dog urine terribly. We complained to the front desk whom stated that he had no other rooms for us. It smelled horrible. We did not bring any luggage in. The next morning first thing I get a call from the front desk telling me that I have 10 minutes to get to the desk to pay. I explain that the man took the card number and to charge it. The man acts like we stole the room. I go down and pay and remind him that the room smells like piss. He tells me give him a few minutes to find a room. I tell him as hastily as he demanded I get to the desk in 10 is the same way I should demand from him. But I won’t be as rude. I then had to call the desk 3 times before they switched the room at 330pm. I wasn’t even offered so much as an apology Anytime we left and went out the key would not work to renter. So we would have to go to the room try the key and go back to the lobby and get a new key. The staff kept saying that they had the check out day incorrect. And that was the issue. How many times can that be? There was a dog barking early and loud every morning and the hallways smelled like dog and were extremely hot. They had one luggage cart which I used at check out and found in the entrance vestibule and placed back there only to have a staff member come out and yell at me in what I believe was Spanish. I have no idea what the issue was or why but the local police were there for quite a long time.

Negatives: Housekeeping needs to do a better job.Maintenance need to do their job and manger needs to go and check all rooms.When all cleaning is done and repairs none of that is done Every time I went to the front desk. Complain about what was going on. Nothing was done about it, they just ignore you.
