There no iron no coffee by the coffee maker we asked for some and she replied you get it downstairs in the morning we went for coffee there was none. No free breakfast.There was a huge brawl outside the cops were there. We cancelled our stay they agreed.

The bed hadn't been made when we got there. Even though there was a coffee pot in the room, there was no coffee, even at the front desk.The room needed repairs done to it. The outside sidewalks and stairs were filthy. Many homeless hang around the area. We think a couple homeless were eating breakfast when we ate. Many doors looked banged up like someone had tried to break-in..

I made my reservation way ahead of time.I booked 4 rooms, called 3 times to make sure all was OK and when I got there I was told they couldn't take us because they were overbooked.I had to pitch a fit to get our rooms.Some of our rooms were unacceptable.

The place was a GHETTO! The outside room doors had been welded back on as if they had been kicked off their hinges. Our door would not unlock. The clerk was hateful. We did NOT stay. NO REFUND! Days Inn should be ashamed!

No enough towels. Only had one towel between my husband and 4 kids. Bathtub didnt drain. Pool was way too cold for the kiddos and the hot tub was broken.
