Getting informed at check that there's a $21 charge per night for amenities. Just tell me the price and don't wait until I check in to spring this fee on customers.

Honestly, the worst part would be the Mexican restaurant. The food was good, but they were always so short staffed that everything took forever with the food. even the bartender would not even acknowledge us at the Mexican restaurant.

Maybe they put booking.com customers with a view of a metal roof also on the side just feet away from a night wedding and full band so loud the window shook also the adjoining room door is inches away from your bed! You could hear there conversations

Gardens, fountains, interior decor, building, location, pool and hot tub - all were terrific. Restaurant LVL 5 was terrific.
Negatives:
Staff did not know the area; could not answer questions about getting to places or things to see that aren't the most obvious. But this was true at Sawmill, the national monument, and so forth. Or the history/background of things. Best to come prepared with your maps, routes, history of each place...
LVL5 restaurant women's bathroom lights were not on in the stalls - very strange. Hostess knew exactly how to correct this, but we had already navigated in the dark - like camping.

The hotel itself if beautiful and was a great experience in all. We had upwards of 20 rooms booked there and everybody had a great time.
Negatives:
I had issues with my room and the front desk staff as well and now cannot get a manager to call or email back, the customer service staff has been very unprofessional
