Negatives: Yes, the whole checking in of your car on-line. You have to download an app or scan the code, that was a real pain. What do you mean you have to pay to park there? I am a g you need to accommodate your guests parking. That needs to go away fast.

Positives: everything was excellent. the breakfast could have used a little variety but the food was good. the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. the staff cleaning the rooms were great. will absolutely stay here again or at another hyatt place depending where we travel too.

Negatives: would like to have had their shuttles running but would not stop us from staying their again.

Positives: Location was great

Negatives: Not a Hyatt hotel but charged as if it were. Repurposed from business traveling days but not for tourists. Old and not updated. Tiny bathrooms with no privacy, beds crammed in a corner, indifferent staff, tiny lobby with kitchen furniture spilling over into lobby, views of cleaning pantry from lobby and just generally stale. Extremely overpriced!!!
