Negatives: There was nothing really to not like

Negatives: We were told that the hotel had recently underwent renovations, but there was very little evidence of that. All rooms were located outside with the use of only 1 elevator. You had to transverse uneven catwalks, which made it extremely difficult with a luggage cart. The furnishings in the room were very aged. The box springs had batting hanging down. There was a lot of ambient noise, internal as well as external. The dog relief area was very dirty/ unkept, which was very disappointing, as we typically stay at La Quinta because of their pet friendly policy. The staff member who checked us in was not overly enthusiastic about doing so. While she was not rude, she did not smile or make you feel especially welcomed.

Negatives: Refrigerator sounded like it was ready to die…very loud. We had to unplug it in order to get to sleep.

Negatives: The construcion in the lobby was not nice, but what can you do? Work arounds were good. The rooms, while clean and comfortable, are showing signs of wear.

Negatives: I was given a room that was not clean. The bed was not made and there was trash in the floor and on the counters. The second room was better but there was hair in the bathroom. Having to move rooms late at night and having the room not be totally clean was not cool. The hotel is also noisy. The staff did not seem to care.

Negatives: The hotel and the room seemed a bit worn and dated. Blanket on one bed was stained.

Negatives: Bed was uncomfortable, breakfast was sub par, room was dated.

Negatives: Nothing

Negatives: Shower did not drain, my husband slipped and fell because the water did not drain and the shower was dirty.
