In the middle of the night around two in the morning, my niece and my nephew were sleeping, and someone tried to come into the room. answered the door and the person who was trying to open the door told him that was their room. so they went to the office and they wanted to kick them out, I had booked that room, paid for it, and they wanted to kick them out at two in the morning. It was a scary and horrible experience. The staff needs to do better.
