The property is close to the airport which we liked, but feel like they know this and don’t do their best because of that.
Negatives:
For starters, we took the elevator up to our floor, we get off the elevator and it smells like a diaper pail! WTAF? We get back and my husband gets in the shower only to realize after the fact that there is not one towel in the room. I call the front desk and wait about 10 minutes and nothing. So I head down to the front desk to get our own towels. I feel like a total “Karen” but this is not what I would have expected from a Marriott property. Maybe next time we will stay at the Best Western or Motel 6. At least they might take better care.

Location near airport. The front desk person helpfully assisted us to grab the shuttle to the airport even though it was past time for the shuttle service to close. At breakfast it was evident that staff was at a minimum. Yet the gentleman serving us did his very best to make sure we were taken care of. Beds were comfortable and we both had a good night's sleep.
Negatives:
The lobby and our room on the 6th floor smelled moldy. There was not enough towels for two people. Breakfast was such a disappointment; no buffet and the food ordered from the kitchen was cold.

Hotel is run down and outdated. Staff was horrible. Disrespectful, uncaring, unhelpful starting with the GM to managers down to the front desk staff with the exception of very few. Housekeepers are arrogant, ignore Do Not Disturb and argue in Spanish.

It's in desperate need of remodeling!!Carpets dirty. Air conditioning doesn't work room stayed at 75 no matter what we did. TV in room didn't work . Told is was because of weather, but TV in lobby working just fine. Also worked fine in the hotel we moved to.
