I booked a 2 night stay and because they had changed their policy at the beginning of the year they canceled the day of check in witch cause another of stress.

Availability of water to take a shower in the morning. As stated by the front desk: we run the landscaping sprinklers early in the morning so our workers can shower.
Water was running everywhere down the street. My work companion slipped and torqued her knee while walking her dog because the front walk, driveway and grassy area was extremely wet. No warning signs posted. No notice to guests to take a shower at night as water will not be available in the morning.
