Negatives: The coffee was horrible. Also the extra charge for pets is unreasonable. Luckily the person that checked us in discounted the pet charge for all but one day.

Negatives: The only way in was in the front or back of Hotel.

Negatives: I didnt have no bad experiences about the property

Negatives: Started with the tv not working upon arrival. Took the front desk and a maintenance person an hour to get it working. Late that night, too late to do anything about it, noticed the bathroom floor was sticky and then saw maybe salsa kinda smeared near the toilet and worse splashed up onto the side of the toilet paper roll. So obviously no one mopped the floor or even looked at the tp roll while making the little triangle edge. And then pulling back the covers on one of the beds, stains on sheets. Slept squished together in second bed. All this far surpassed my irritation that there was only 1 large bath towel for 2 people. Attempted to address all during check out but no one was attending desk at 9am, after waiting around, I just left the key cards and left.

Negatives: We were not able to check in upon our arrival. The room was still being cleaned. There were no clean towels available. The clerk had to physically go to see which rooms were available and later called me to see which room she had put us in. The lobby and hallway were very dirty. There were no extra pillows. Did not seem very prepared for the bookings they had. The outside was not clean. Not a great experience.

Negatives: The remote control for the TV was not user friendly. I had to get up to adjust the power and volume on and off, it did not work using the remote which apparently was only for the cable box. I was very unhappy that it appears as if the staff had parked both their cars in the drive-through front entrance, so I had to drag all my luggage from the parking lot through other vehicles and obstacles. It looked as if the all the trash cans had not been emptied in days. They were all piled full and falling out. The staff were friendly, but were never at the front desk, every time I came to the desk I had to ring the bell and call out loud several times to get their attention from the back room. Breakfast was bare minimums.

Negatives: TV only got one Channel. Stairway was dirty. Person at front Desk wanted to charge me extra for checking in at 1pm, all we where doing was dropping our Bags off. And I am a Rewards Member

Negatives: It was a smell in the room like if some body smoke before

Negatives: The room was absolutely disgusting. There was semen running down the bedskirt. There was a poop looking texture liquid flung on the ceiling. The stairs were full of particles that couldve easily been vacuumed up. The eating area was dirty, roaches.
