I did not like that the shower curtain was dirty. Blood or something on the door jam. Very noisy area. People are coming and going at all hours. Using key fobs slaming doors. That is not motels' fault, but non the less I won't return.

Bathrooms sketchy - shower didn't work easily, light difficult to turn on, door handle falling off, shower mat/lining loose

Customer service at front desk was lacking. I didn't like that the first room they gave us was not only dirty but it took the attendant about 10 minutes to come up to the room to "verify" the condition of the room. He then started to peep into neighboring rooms. Once we were let into a room the TV wasn't working and that took another 20-30 minutes to take care of. We were lucky there was "Applebee's" open late and in close proximity. Several times throughout the night we had people trying to open our door. Not sure why? It was an unsettling stay to say the least.
