My shoes needed polishing and I noticed housekeeping cleaning rooms. I asked her do you sell those shoe polishing pads. She said no BUT SHE grabbed her furniture polish got my shoes and made them shine. I was very happy. Forgot her name but it was on 2/19 room 316
