Positives:
Breakfast was not worth the extra cost added to the room. Location was good, but there were no water bottles in the room or hall area. Purchased cheap looking water bottles at the check-in desk for $3.00 each. I considered this a rip off. You can tell I didn't like much.

Gave notice for cancellation and possible rescheduling. Went off the booking.com statement that there may be a partial cancellation fee. Was told by staff there is no fee you simply lose all your payment since they already have it. Arrived at midnight since they were fully charging me. Complaint submitted to booking.com customer service.

I stayed this hotel during the Bar Exam. Location is not safe and not close the exam center(I paid $45 for the uber). Mini bar had no water or anything. Blanket was smelling really bad and room was not clean.
