The pool was under construction. The ice machine on our floor was out of order. The pillows were very lumpy and old. Even when we requested extra pillows they were the same and uncomfortable. Also, the water pressure in the shower was awful. You could barely wash the shampoo out of your hair!

There was an unauthorized guest who was banging on rooms and trying to get into rooms. Police was called but took to long. Fire alarm was pulled by unauthorized man and caused fire alarm to go off for a long time.
