Always a pleasant stay

The front desk person was super professional. When I got there she was on the phone getting ripped from the person on the other end. She kept her composure the whole conversation. Hung up and treated me like nothing happened. Great customer service.

The entire experience was awful but they did have coffee an tea set out for guest. Not sure if it was fresh but it was the thought that counted.
Negatives:
The room smelled awful the beds are cheap and uncomfortable. There was a gritty feeling when you climbed in the sheets like someone was eating in the bed. The bedding had a smell like corn chips. I could go on but word limits an all!

I have no complaints about the hotel. I was there to enjoy my family and visit the city.

Our room was smaller than expected. The bathroom only had a shower stall and no tub. There was no garbage pail for the floor itself. I noticed this as I saw fast food discarded outside of two rooms, which remained there overnight. Also, there were various recyclables piled up by the ice machine overnight.

This hotel was decent. In comparison to similar stays at other Hotel chains, I would give 1 less *.

The host in the breakfast area was WONDERFUL! She was cheery every day, kept the dining area clean, stocked the food diligently and was just a terrific person! The location of the hotel was great. Close to everything you could want including restaurants and shopping.
Negatives:
Our room had spiders in it every day. I am terrified of them so I was always paranoid that they might be crawling on us at night or into our suitcase. I killed a spider in our room every day of our trip. That is not acceptable. There was mold around the trim of our shower. They could do better with cleaning or even replacing the shower door. I would also suggest getting rid of the carpet; it's disgusting, and putting in faux wood floors. Easier to clean and feels fresher.

It was very clean friendly place to stay ..we were in room 400 ..our room was on small side for two ppl and had a pocket door for bathroom which was heavy and loud especially middle night if you wanted bit of privacy...but was a comfortable bed and liked we could open window for some fresh air. Will stay again when in the USA.

Size of room for a king bed was very tight.
