LOCATION AND EASE OF ACCESS TO EXPRESSWAY

I HAD A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE SO NOT SURE THIS IS FAIR, STAFF UNABLE TO HANDLE MY PROBLEM AND NO FOLLOW THROUGH AFTERWARDS. EVERYONE KNOWS MISTAKES WILL HAPPEN AND CAN BE BEYOND THE FACILITY'S CONTROL, BUT THAT IS WHEN THE BUSINESS' INTEGRITY IS CRUCIAL!

Very surprise expected less for basic hotels it did meet all my needs.

This hotel was absolutely filthy. When I walked in front desk person was talking on speaker phone with another employee while I was standing there to check in. They were talking about a bar the other employee was at. Did t even look up to acknowledge me.
Negatives:
Everything was awful. From front desk employee to odor of dirty air, walls, carpeting to the room bed skirt tucked in-between mattress and box spring, peeling wall paper with horrible repairs in bathroom, dirt behind bath door, pillows wgross, gross,gross

The staff was so welcoming and made me feel at home they also made complimentary breakfast for my partner early because he works so early in the morning. Very appreciated

The staff is great, friendly and helpful. The rooms are old and need an up grade. The rug is old and dirty. I cleaned and sanitized the room, it wasn't clean. Breakfast was a disappointment, nothing hot, egg sandwich but no ketchup or condiments.

I had asked for adjoining rooms which the hotel did not block out and were not available upon arrival. I did get rooms next to each other though. No towels in the room, but the laundry room door was open so got them myself. No coffee cups in the room to make coffee and front desk not there most times.

The people are fantastic. It made a stressful time easier.

I didnt find it as clean as it should be. The ring around the toilet was not good, very, very dirty under the rim and blood was on the seat. I have Clorex cleaner and sanitizer or else I would have left. The rooms need to be updated and clean the dust balls.

Close to the lake we were fishing at

The rooms were dirty. They had small flies in the bathroom and around the room. There we no towels and room smelled badly. Second night we were there we got locked out because the manual locked flipped closed and management had to use a tool to let us in after waiting an hour. We also decided to leave a day early which the manager Frederick stated he would refund the last day because we left before 11am. I still have not received a refund for $61.80 plus tax and every time I call and leave a message for him to call back he doesn't. I held the room with a CC but paid cash when I arrived. He should have refunded me cash when I left but stated they did not have cash and it would be put back on my CC.
