My stay was awesome location...
Positives:
The layout of the room was nice, was spacious and has potential. The rain shower head was also a plus. The fridge was clean.
Negatives:
The hotel is located in an area that makes the Bronx look good. The vending clashed with theme of the hotel. The lobby does not match the photos. The hallways smelled like smoke. I had to place a towel beneath the door to keep the smell out of our room. Some more privacy between the toilet and shower would have been nice. Seems like this hotel was once thriving. With more investment in restoring or renovations, reviews would be better. Our room number was also missing.

Positives:
Room was clean and comfortable. Sufficient space for 1 traveler.
Negatives:
When went to checkout woke up the desk attendant. Stated I wanted to checkout, the person looked at me, and went back to sleep. I had to repeat myself. Person then said to leave room cards then closed eyes.

In the Business World, there is something called, "Broken Windows". This is things that need fixing. There 10 "broken windows" in our room. The shower handles were broken and missing, the carpet was lifting from the floor and frayed from tile, the bed light, safe, T.V. remote didn't work,
