The staff were incredibly friendly and kind. It was nice and quiet. And we LOVED the 12 pm check out. Breakfast was good as well.
Negatives:
The hot tub was not working and we were really looking forward to using it. The pool was heated but only 78 degrees which was a little too cold for us still. The pillows were very very flat.

They abuse the credit card
Paid twice a room because “Trevor “ the receptionist guy is unprofessional and insisted on paying through price.com reservation and confirmed that the reservation done by booking website is not valid
Ended by paying twice for the same room
And the team there can’t do anything or support in helping to get my money back

Was a quick stay for us, the location is ideal for Walden Galleria mall and the staff were very friendly.

They really need to update their beds and pillows. It was not a comfortable nights sleep.
