I hated the fact that even though check out is at 11am
We tried to check in at 230 and were advised the room was not ready
We returned at 355pm and were advised at check in the room was not ready that they didn’t know when it would be ready and they couldn’t offer an alternative room because it was a accessible room and the hotel was full
The hotel was not full not even close
We were told that they didn’t know when the room would be ready
I had them get a lady from housekeeping to assist and a short time later she found a room
The counter staff were not helpful and have a long way to go when it comes to customer care
Instead of trying to be helpful they were belligerent and could not care that I told him my wife was handicapped and that she was experiencing diarrhea and was very weak from the medication she takes daily
I have a Hilton rewards card but I will never return to encounter this particular staff
He should be fired on the spot

Check in was very easy and the hotel is clean, well lit and the bed was very comfortable. I loved the bathroom products used (shampoo/conditioner/body wash/body lotion).

My only issued is that I think the carpet in the room needs a wash, not because it looked dirty but there was an odor.
