Had to visit the desk 3 times to get a key that opened the door. No clean towels in the room, one very wet towel left behind bathroom door. Someone had been smoking, pile of ashes in bath, wallpaper coming off walls.

Stayed 6 days room never got cleaned after repeated trips to front desk. Water was lukewarm and last day cold. Hoping to get some kind of bill credit. Do not need any free nights. Hotel definitely needs a big upgrade.

We could not use the pool and hot tub because people who were not staying at the hotel were permitted to use it. They were loud and drunk. They glared at us until we left.

The outside building and landscaping look very nice. The hotel is located 10 minutes from the airport, which was very convenient.
Negatives:
The hotel rooms need major renovation. The breakfast was not ready on time and everyone had to wait for a worker to show up to set up the breakfast area. When we reserved a suite with separate bedroom, we expected the door to be there but it was missing.
