dirty ,bunch of hair ,plastic glass in pool ,no shower ,no restroom close to pool ,water unclear (max 2 feet clerarness) ,meats on breakfast smelled Not eatable .

1. Location was excellent and the hotel was grand and beautiful, being well maintained and clean
2. Complimentary tea, water and coffee in the lobby all day
3. Ample carts available to move suitcases and the variety of style and sizes
Negatives:
1. The breakfast was lack Lustre. Decent variety, but not necessarily tasty
2. The night staff on desk wasn't very hospitable or helpful. It was almost like we were a bother. Nit everything was explained and when questions were asked clear descriptive answers were not provided.
3. The room was nice a little dated but my true concern was the bathrub/ bathroom. These need to renovated to include comfort height toilets for seniors and a clean tub that doesn't look and feel like it is started to fall apart.
