TV was bad. There was about a 5-10 second delay between pressing the remote button and the channel changing. No elevator (2 floor hotel but carrying luggage upstairs was a bit of a pain).

Place is outdated and dirty, linens are not cleaned, the door did not lock, the shower bar was cob jobbed and holes in the wall. AC unit did not work and made a loud wheeling noise so unable to use the ac. Not enough outlets to charge your devices.

Rooms where clean , house keepers where professional and always provided me extra towels & accessories as needed. Laundry room was decent. Breakfast was decent but could do better. TV sometimes is off .
Negatives:
TV system in rooms are is terrible. really need to do something about it. They are very old & out of date. Cable program they have is a no go Multiple times this happen. Lobby is always dirty they haven't vacuumed in weeks. Room 255 has damage to it that needs to be maintenance. Really need to remodel there facility in rooms starting to get out of date. Trash out side in the back of the parking area , abandoned car with storage in side.

Love this chain! It is almost always reasonable prices and dogs stay free of charge.
