I liked how it was in a good location.
Negatives:
Although this isn’t the hotels fault, People were fighting downstairs, neighbors were very loud. Room still smelled of cigarettes even though it was a non smoking room. Doors were very loud and had trouble closing them which had us questioning our safety especially with the fighting. Heat wouldn’t work. Got woken up at 5 am with someone screaming outside of my door. Not a good hotel if you have a baby! The workers though were very nice.

Location is awesome and staff...
Positives:
Read a lot of negative reviews, and was highly skeptical. But I was pleasantly surprised to see the facility, the rooms were tidy, and most importantly, they were warm and heating was spot-on. Cant expect more for what we paid.

The parking lot which is also in the center of the motel could have been de-iced.

Nothing. It was dirty unprofessional and not safe for my kids. Pimps and crack heads roaming around. Blood on lamp shade in room black mold all over the room stains everywhere the entire room smelt of smoke and gravel in sheets

Everything and they would not even give me a refund. I didn’t not stay. I checked in. Then looked at room was disgusted and asked for refund because it was unsafe for my kids to stay at. They denied me my money
