Positives:
Overall a really great stay! The value for the space was fantastic and the hotel is quiet. Had a minor issue with the tv remote not working and the staff fixed it right away. Bed was comfortable and sheets and towel were clean. Location is great as getting something to eat is within walking distance and there is all types of shopping located in the area. Overall no complaints!

Excellent Wi-Fi, big bed, the electrical plugs are everywhere, so it's enough to charge all your devises, nice stuff.
Negatives:
No duvet, just bed covering, very thin...I was cold at night; small and VERY soft pillows...blocked drain in shower; very loud toilet rinse; NO BREAKFAST!!! (when I booked this location, the breakfast was included!); very thin walls, you can hear everything what's going on at your neighbors.

no breakfast as advertised. no wash cloths in room. door not locking properly, we were moved to another room after second complaint about door. Manager was apologetic about issues.

It met our needs for a one night stay and was reasonable.
Negatives:
It was rented out as a "non-smoking" room, however, there was a lingering smell of residual smoke that caused my allergies to flare up. It was very obvious to me that the room had been transitioned from smoking to non-smoking. The room was clean, but drab.
