Positives: It had comfortable beds
Negatives: Room showed lots of wear and beds were sunken in and blankets looked old and pillows were no longer white (yellowish) rooms looked like they needed an update for some time and looked water damaged. Spot light shined directly into our room and the windows were dirty. Advertised amenities were available, no mention of this on booking. When I voiced my concerns I was offered a voucher worth $40.

Positives: Great friendly and helpful staff! China was great both on the phone PRIOR to our arrival AND while there. Kenneth and Sandra were both very nice and helpful too. Nice waitstaff at breakfast in the mornings too. Definitely will be back at Hampton Inn!
Negatives: Delayed on getting me extra towels and washcloths on 2 different days even when called ahead of stay to request them…but not a big deal comparably to all else being great.
