Toilet in the room was loose, coffee maker was missing a peace, beds were very uncomfortable. There was a group of kids running in the halls through our the night and being loud outside. Just not a good experience and I was surprised because quality inns are usually really good. This location was horrible. I would not recommend anyone to stay

It was terrible, first off the charge you for AC if not it’s a sauna so you upgrade get there AC doesn’t even work and the ceiling had paint just breaking off
Then you move rooms NEXT DAY mind you and I get a room where the maids never even sweep the floor! And bugs all over the floor alive!!! I want my money back’

My husband fell down in the bathtub while taking a shower in room 215. He almost hit his head with the sink. He hurt his knee and arm. It is very important to put anti-slippery bands on the bathtub.

Property was not clean, room was bad. Drain in shower did not drain properly. Bed was not comfortable. Person who checked us in did not know anything, couldn’t even tell us best place to park because he didn’t know the facility. Room card kept deactivating everytime we left.
Overall poor. We travel to Syracuse often and would not go back or recommend to anyone.
