I didn't appreciate being told that there was free breakfast included but then there was not. I also didn't like that the pool closed at 9 pm.

Breakfast was supposed to be included in the price but it was not. Hotel staff blamed booking .com for this so we didn't have any breakfast there

The room smelt damp and there was some dehumidifiers going in the hallway. The staff were very unfriendly both in the evening and the following morning

is housekeeping supposed to come on 3rd day of my stay as stated on the card in the room ? this is not a complaint as i was doing fine during my entire stay without the cleaning and i brought my own toiletries.
