Location was good for T20 cricket. Hot water faucet in bathroom didn’t work. Hotel info indicates breakfast will include breakfast meats, but only scrambled eggs provided- Disappointing for patrons expecting that breakfast option

Decent but poor breakfast for...
Positives:
The only hot breakfast served were eggs or make your own waffle. Every Wyndham hotel that I stayed at always had more options like bacon, sausage, gravy, biscuits. They only had two kinds of bagels and the orange juice was definitely watered down. So many people were literally walking in off the street, getting breakfast and walking out. People were also pulling right up to the front, from the street, not the parking lot, running in to get food and leaving. I know this because I was outside smoking a lot. Parking lot was full of garbage because people don’t know how to use a trash can.
Negatives:
The entire hallway carpet down my hall was filthy and stained. The carpet in my room was disgusting and damp. There shouldn’t be any carpet in pet rooms. I’m not sure what the rest of the hotel looks like, but I feel like I was put in the dirtiest part just because I have a dog. My dog is clean, well trained, and has never had an accident inside. We were walking up many times to a big dog barking in a nearby room. I mean, I understand dogs bark, but they really need to spread them out. Luckily, my dog did not bark. A decent HOT breakfast would’ve been nice. A tub that didn’t back up filling the tub halfway while showering. Lord only knows what I was standing in. The key cards kept deactivating. I spent most of my time sprinting to the front desk to get them reactivated And was told that it has been an and was told that it has been an ongoing issue issue with all the key cards. There was only one nice person at the reservation desk but only saw her for a short period the entire stay. I unfortunately did not get her name. Everyone else working the front desk didn’t seem to care.
