George, the shuttle driver from thw hotel to the airport, was wonderful. Very helpful.

Some towels were threadbare.
When I arrived at Federal Circle, I could not call for a shuttle. I called the hotel, but was not answered. The courtesy phone did not work. I therefore had to go back to a terminal and take a taxi to the hotel.
