shuttle was a great addition but it wasn't clear how we actually got it - it was only because a friend stayed a few days earlier than us and told us what to do
Negatives:
communication could have been clearer about the shuttle and the 5am shuttle the next day was full although we got to reception at 4.50am as advised.
we had to take a taxi or we would have been touch and go on our flight so if you are that busy I would suggest more than 2 shuttles an hour
