The rooms were clean but the bed squeaked so much. Went to bed before my wife and every move she made I could hear it. For almost $400 a night it could have been much better.

I love Hampton Inn, a dedicated Hampton Inn user. They're always reliable in their sameness, and what they offer from one location to the other. This one was rundown, plastic cover on the front door, short on staff, a messy dining room with few seats and a very limited menu. I had to double check it was a Hampton Inn! It's not what I'm used to from this brand.
