The location was perfect the purpose of the trip.
Negatives:
Seems like there are long term visitors there. There was extreme violence where a couple was fighting for over 4 hours in the early morning. The front desk agent came to there room 3 times and they did not stop until the police was called. This seems to be no surprise to the staff as they have been notified of fights before. Others were there arguing and running up and down the hall ways. My guess is that this facility is being used to house those who need emergency housing and is paid by government programs. I did not get to sleep and it affected my family as they have Never been exposed to this kind of violence. It made the drive home difficult due to being tired from unable to sleep. Very disappointed- hotel should keep their long stayers separate.

The room was fine, clean. The pool was fine. There were no other amenities. You couldn't purchase food or drinks. There was NO airport shuttle (which was advertised and the only reason we stayed there).

I found hair in the bed…one long hair and several small hairs…your hotel is really not clean…there was hair on the bathroom floor…I arrived at the Marriott for 4 nights and for $20 more per night nothing to do with your hotel…personally I had the impression that the room was not washed properly! I am attaching some photos of the state of the entrance and the elevator..I could have taken many more, do not go to this place, sleep in your car much clean!!

It was a nice getaway night for the kids to swim and fun have for a cold rainy early spring night. Start getting the winter blues away. Plenty of shopping and restaurants all around.

Place a hold on my card for the room rate even through I had already pre paid. And I told staff that I had pre paid. Bed rails were not aligned properly. So bed slanted. And bed rail stood out. Made me nervous bc my daughter could of got hurt

Elevator was not working. Hallway smelled like someone was smoking which was seeking into my room. I had my 3 year old in the room with me and he happened to start coughing that’s when I noticed the smell was coming into my room with the door closed.

I wish the refrigerator had a freezer, it didn't. When I travel with an ice chest I refreeze cold packs each night. A guest was talking very loud in the hall but you can't help rude guests.
