The hotel and rooms were clean and the staff were polite and thoughtful. They made an effort to make customers feel comfortable which was really appreciated.
Negatives:
The neighbourhood was very rough and dirty. With the exception of a tiny Thai, there were no decent restaurants or coffee places around. Access to Manhattan via subway was not convenient.

Decent stay but not good location
Positives:
Staff, breakfast. At the front desk - Antonio especially was very helpful and friendly. The price was reasonable. The hotel was very clean, and not too far from a subway station.
Negatives:
Area was not the best place to walk to and from the subway late at night. Seemed fairly safe neighborhood, but when out late you really need an Uber form the station.

Special thanks for our honeymoon surprise which was prepared with so much love! The bed was really comfortable and the staff was super friendly!

Breakfast is good but I hope they are attentive to make sure coffee is always ready during breakfast. I have to ask to refill the coffee. 2 extra times that I went and coffee is not available.

Maybe to train staff to respect the guest for not to be loud talking, to be gentle in closing the door.

Good facilities and liked that the room had a kitchenette, fridge and microwave. Helpful staff and good breakfast - first place we found that had fruit salad. Relatively quiet if New York can ever be quiet.
Negatives:
Location a little tricky as nearest metro was out of action but manageable.
