Location to destination is literally the only good part

Extremely rude staff, not only to me but another man who couldn't find the correct word in English he was looking for so desk girl had to be condescending towards him. Metal beer caps left on our room floor from prior occupants. Place smelled like weed and cigarettes as soon as you walk in. Due to things I was not told I arrive after 8 hours and have to call home to have someone go online and pay even more for this overpriced place and the desk girl was nasty to the person I had to call as well including not answering her as she is on their site and playing on her own phone. No greeting when you walk in aside from this snobby little girl's glare. Stood behind her glass wall making comments under her breathe the whole time. She initially tried to recharge the whole stay because she didn't bother to look up from her phone to realize we paid online prior to arriving. Rude, snobby ignorant staff. Worried about incidentals meanwhile part of our wall was TAPED and painted over and the mirror frame broken along with stains and metal beer caps left behind for my kids to step on. We had nothing to do for 2 hours but pretty much ran outta there the next morning. You don't deserve to charge what you do and that girl played on her phone our whole check in. Wish I would have stuck with out first choice and drove a few extra miles thru the insane traffic. I'd rather be in traffic for 13 hours than in this hotel 13 seconds.

The rooms were clean but outdated
Negatives:
Everything ….. riff raff people running around lobby and hallways all night. Very sketchy! And people banging on doors all night.. I’m sure drugs deals being made. Since all I could smell in my NON Smoking floor was pot and Cigarettes! Told front desk and they seem no surprises and to care less.
One night I walked in lobby to see two sheriff’s deputies going some where
As a single women traveling I felt Very frightened and was running to my door every night and sleeping with door propped up to door

There was only one coffee cup left at 7AM and no breakfast. There were a few packets of oatmeal but no cup to make it in. For 265 for one night I would expect something. The common areas smelled like smoke, my room as well. I had a disabled person with me, there was nowhere to sit in the lobby or out the front door while we waited for Uber,

Not what we expected for a medical stay. Placed near tenants with residency. Dogs, children, smokers and lots of noise. Each room says non smoking yet you can smell the smoke crime into your room and in hallway. Moved to another room in better condition. Needs some remodelling work done.

This hotel is used as a shelter or temporary housing. The staff is rude. I payed for a late check out (1pm). They knocked on my door at 11am and WALKED IN MY ROOM at 12:57 asking when I was leaving.

2. I picked this place because they had mini kitchen. but it was useless because there were no kitchen utensils. How does a traveler to pack all the kitchen appliances?
3. The reason why I chose this place was because it was included breakfast but they had coffee and mini muffins and crunchy bar that was all for breakfast and I was very disappointed it.
4. shop was the only amenities. No shampoo or body lotion.
