the location is excellent. there was complimentary coffee in the room and in the lobby and cookies. there was storage space.
Negatives:
the room wasn't cleaned and we needed to complain about it. the elevator was a disaster. we were on the 23 rd floor and that took forever.

Insufficient elevator capacity. More often than not the car would be too full to board for anyone with a room on the lower half of the tower. Twice I had to take the elevator up in order to have a place in it on the trip back to the lobby.

A decent, pretty typical hotel.
Positives:
Great location for everything. Just walking distance to downtown NY. Most of the attractions nearby.
Negatives:
Rooms are really small. Cannot even walk inside the room if you have 3 or more people. Not enough space to store your luggage and bags. if your height is more than 6ft the length of the bed is small. There is no complementary water, they will charge you for that. Not happy with the facilities, room size etc. for what we paid for.
