Position of hotel. In the midle of everything. Good view from hotel window..
Subway very close to the hotel.
Negatives:
Too many drug addict in front of hotel. Not funny when you are going home at night with two kids.
Bed was terrible. I slept on all kinds of beds but this one was the worst. Mattress Moved every night left, right or below. Bed is bigger then mattress for 20cm. Too small for two person.
Elevator special storry. But you will see what others wrote about that issue..
Food 5/10.
Over all. Didnt expect too much from this hotel. We had OK price per night.

No happy hour on weekends was ridiculous. Many homeless just outside of the building. (although harmless)

Expensive.
Positives:
The location is superb for exploring NYC. The room is comfortable, had a slight issue with the plug in the hand basin, but this was quickly fixed by Engineering. Breakfast is very good, you have to pick your time though if you don't want to brave the hoards between 0730 - 0900
Negatives:
The lifts are a nightmare. During our stay, one lift was out for the majority of the time. I waited 7 times before I could get into a lift that wasn't crowed to bursting point.
